CompEx Landmark – We are very pleased to announce that our Rotherham based training centre has become the 50th Licensed CompEx Centre. This is indeed a historic landmark in the CompEx Scheme history and development which has seen the number of centres grow from 11 in 2007 to today’s 50th Centre, confirming the CompEx Scheme as the major users scheme of choice for core competency validation of Operatives/Technicians and Application Design Engineers who work in explosive atmospheres.
The centre was officially launched on Monday 12th October with Martin Jones, CompEx Operations Manager cutting the ribbon in the presence of Lynsey Partlow, Head of Training Services and Ray Garrow, Senior Electrical Tutor.
British Gas employees, clients and partners were invited to view the centre and also gain the latest insights into industry changes.
We are now able to offer the Ex01 – Ex04 – Gas and Vapour Modules and we are looking to introduce Ex05-Ex06 Dust Modules soon.
