This course can be combined with the Core SPA course for a fee of £200 + VAT for both. The SPA CORE Course is a prerequisite for the SPA Food & Drink Course. Please click here for the combined course.
The SPA Food & Drink course focuses on hygiene and food safety, specific environmental issues and health and safety practices that are associated with personnel working within the food and drink industry.
This 1-day course provides specific details around environmental concerns and health and safety associated within this industry and the associated risks that are applicable if these are not met.
The course assesses injury risk rates, the need for training, awareness and good personal behaviour. Plus, the implications associated with food, environmental and people damage.
Course content
The course will be split to cover the following areas:
- Module 1 – Food protection
- Module 2 – Environmental protection
- Module 3 – Health and safety
